Order Cancellation

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the time an order enters the “billed” stage. In such a case, we will refund any payments already made by you for the order within approximately 24-72 hours.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.

We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Orders may also be cancelled in case of Unavailability of Products or any reason outside the control of the company like Logistics difficulties etc. The company reserves the right to cancel such an order which includes errors related to product specifications provided to the company by the third-party Vendors (typographical error, Incorrect Product Information, etc.)

For such cancellations, the company will initiate a refund within 72 hours or grant credit/coupon for future use on the site.
