Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime upto the orders enters the “billed” stage. In such a case , we will refund any payments already made by you for the order within approximately 24-72 hours.


If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.


We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.


Orders may also be cancelled in case of Unavailability of Products or any reason outside the control of company like Logistics difficulties etc. The company reserves the right to cancel such order which includes error related to product specifications provided to the company by the third party Vendors (typographical error, Incorrect Product Information etc.)


For Such Cancellations, the company will initiate a refund within 72 hours or grant credit/coupon for future use on the Marketplace.

Returns & Refund Policy

Most items listed on are returnable Only in case of damage to packaging and wrong product shipped. No exchanges allowed.


Returns will be processed only if:


  1. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possesion;
  2. the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  3. the product is returned in original packing(unused and unwashed with Brand’s Box, MRP & all other tags intact.
  4. It is mandatory to share the images of the items which you were dissatisfied with .

In case the Product is found having damage in packaging after delivery of the same and/or the wrong product is shipped, the User can request for return of the Product any time after delivery of the Product but not later than three (3) days from the date of delivery of the Product through e-commerce website.

The Customer needs to follow the process defined below for return:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] seeking for return of the Products under the 2 circumstances mentioned above or place a return request through “My Account” section if he is an Account Holder

  2. The Products shall have to be returned at the expense of the Customer / Guest to the address mentioned below:

  3. In case of any quality concerns, we will refund the cost paid by the consumer to us for the specific product(s) and also reimburse the cost of courier charges incurred for returning the product to Paaritosh foods Store subject to production of proof.

  4. All approval of returns is subject to verification by the Company and the same are left to the sole discretion of the Company.

In the event of cancellation/return of order for the reasons mentioned as per our Cancellation & Return policy, Pawan Foods India shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid.


In case a consumer wants to cancel an order, he needs to do so by cancelling on the website ( or getting in touch with us by writing an email to [email protected] Partial return is not permissible. In case an email is sent to [email protected], we will refund a consumer only after the consignment is received at the  (Address as mentioned above) within 10 working days. The company reserves its right to claim cost of to and fro Logistics charges from the customer if the total value of the consignment is more than Rs.3,000/-.
