Shipping Fees & Delivery Charges

1. How much are the delivery charges?

We charge shipping charges according to customer’s location and the size & weight of order.


Moreover, Shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout before placing the order.


We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.


Orders may also be cancelled in case of Unavailability of Products or any reason outside the control of company like Logistics difficulties etc. The company reserves the right to cancel such order which includes error related to product specifications provided to the company by the third party Vendors (typographical error, Incorrect Product Information etc.)


For Such Cancellations, the company will initiate a refund within 72 hours or grant credit/coupon for future use on the Marketplace.

2. How sure am I that the products delivered will be fresh?

All items delivered by us come with a manufacturing date & an expiry date. If you notice any damage of packaging, wrong product shipped in the order, at the time of delivery, you can request return through our e-commerce website. Please refer to our “Cancellation and Returns Policy” for further details.

3. Do you deliver to all cities?

We curently deliver throughout PAN India

4. What is the estimated shipping time? How will I know when the order is shipped?

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details. Usually it takes about 3-4 business days for the products to be shipped.

5. Once the order is made, can the order be cancelled?

The order placed by the Customer /Guest can be cancelled only before the order is shipped Order . The amount will be refunded to you in the form of coupon code or store credit within 15 days.


For orders that have already been shipped, there will be no refunds made except for damage of packaging, and wrong product shipped. . Please refer our “Cancellation and Returns Policy” for further details.

6. What about any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

VAT is charged on the order which you will have a chance to review in your Shopping Cart. We do not charge any other addtional charges.

7. Does Pawan Foods India deliver internationally?

Pawan Foods India doesn’t deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.

8. Who bears the postal charges for the goods returned?

The return request has to be made within 3(three) days from the date of delivery. The Customer has to return the product to the PFI’s warehouse at their own cost. On receiving the product at PFI’s warehouse, the approval of the returns will be made by PFI. Upon approval of the returns, a store credit or coupon code, whichever applicable, will be shared with the Account Holder /Guest.  The store credit or coupon code will include the shipping cost incurred by the Account Holder/Guest for return of shipping of the product. 9. In case  what you have received differs from what you  have ordered.,  how can we return the Product?

We do have very rigorous checks in place during our dispatch process but at times a few hitches might go unnoticed. In case of wrong product shipped you can go on  e-commerce website and request to return the product. For more information, please refer our “Cancellation and Returns Policy” section.

10. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

The order once placed cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped. In case of cancellations, the amount will be refunded to you in the form of coupon code or store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
