Returns & Refund Policy

  • Most items Purchased from Vendors listed on are Non -returnable. except those that are explicitly identified as “Returnable”.

      Returns will be processed only if-


  1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
  2. The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  3. The product is returned in original packing (unused and unwashed with Brand’s Box, MRP & all other tags intact.
  4. It is mandatory to share the images of the items which you were dissatisfied with.
  • Subject to acceptance from the third-party vendor of the product, the company may take the returned product back and grant Credit instead of the value of the returned product, which will be available for subsequent use on the Marketplace.\

  • Product Marked as “Non- Returnable” on the product Detail Page cannot be returned.

  • All refunds shall be processed in the same manner as they are received, unless refunds have been provided to You in the form of credits, the refund amount will reflect in your account based on respective banks’ policies.

  • Refund Timelines vary, depending upon the type of payment mode used: Wallets (24-48 hours), G-pay (5-7 working days), IMPS (24-48 hours) Bank – CC/DC/NB (5-7 working days).
